Engineering-led.
Built by someone who has engineered advanced systems and operated them in demanding environments — we know what these machines can and can't do.
From warehouse-scale indoor sweepers to outdoor units that take on plazas, parks and campuses at 4,000 m² an hour — our fleet now covers every commercial surface in Perth, inside and out. We match the right unit to your site during the survey.
Industrial sweeper — 2,500 m²/h, 32-beam LiDAR.
Our heaviest unit. Built for warehouses, distribution centres, transit hubs and covered carparks — anywhere the floor area is measured in hectares and the obstacle list includes forklifts. 32-beam 3D LiDAR with 150 m range plus 100 TOPS NVIDIA AI keeps it moving safely through live traffic.
The AI spot-cleaning robot.
Patrols airports, hospitals, hotels and offices — classifying 30+ types of debris at 99% accuracy with on-board AI and multi-channel LiDAR, then driving to the dirt and cleaning it. CRC re-clean checks every spot. Already deployed across the public-spaces network.
Wet, dry, ready — at scale.
Heavy-duty autonomous scrubber-dryer. Wash, dry and squeegee in a single pass. Built for supermarkets, sports arenas and large transit hubs where a sweeper alone isn't enough. Cylindrical brushes handle textured tile and polished concrete without recalibration.
Designed to fit through your front door.
Engineered to pass through an 810 mm doorway with the squeegee retracted. Corner-to-corner edge cleaning to within 50 mm of the wall, optimised for supermarket aisles, retail and gyms where the L50 is too wide and the L3 too small. The sweet spot of the scrubber line.
The smallest footprint in the fleet.
Ultra-compact autonomous scrubber-dryer for offices, healthcare corridors, hospitality and boutique retail. Goes where conventional machines can't — past barriers, between desk pods, around reception furniture. 96-beam LiDAR plus 100 TOPS NVIDIA AI. Quiet enough for daytime operation.
Four jobs, one robot.
A triple-brush 4-in-1 cleaner that sweeps, vacuums, scrubs and dust-pushes in a single pass — no component swaps. Designed for 500–4,500 m² small-to-medium sites: short-pile carpet, marble, wood, tile, vinyl and stone. Tool-free 5-second battery swap keeps it running between shifts.
Waterless precision for public floors.
A 62 dB dry vacuum sweeper engineered for transit hubs, malls, hotel lobbies and offices — anywhere water on the floor isn't an option. Twin side brushes feed a 9 kPa suction system; a 40,000 m² mapping ceiling and 8–10 hour endurance handle the full daily cycle without intervention.
850 mm sweep at 62 dB.
The SW55's big sibling — 850 mm cleaning width, 17 kPa suction and a 100 Ah battery for up to 12-hour silent runs. Built for airports, large transit hubs, big-box retail and indoor warehouses where you need waterless coverage at scale. Same 62 dB sound profile despite nearly double the suction power.
Outdoor at scale.
The first outdoor unit in the fleet. A 1.2 m sweep width and 100 L hopper move up to 4,000 m² an hour across plazas, parks, transit forecourts and campuses. Built for the elements — −15°C to +60°C operating range, 12° gradeability, GPS-augmented navigation that holds millimetre precision in weak-GNSS areas, and a sensor stack of LiDAR, vision and ultrasonic for obstacle work in busy public space.

We deploy and service every unit ourselves across WA. If a robot's down at 2am on a mine site, that's on us — same time zone.
We recommend the right robot for your site, not the only one we carry.
RaaS is a flat monthly subscription, not a capital gamble — the risk sits with us. Run the robot as often as you need.
We walk your floor, scope dimensions and traffic patterns, and recommend the right unit (or combination). Fixed daily pricing. No capital outlay.
