Common buyer questions.
How does underride lifting work?
The robot is 255 mm tall, so it drives beneath a trolley, cage or pallet, raises its deck to take the weight, and moves the whole thing. You keep your existing trolleys rather than buying robot-specific ones, which is usually where the business case lands.
Is this a forklift?
No. It lifts just enough to take a load off the ground and move it horizontally. It will not stack to height and it has no mast. If you need forks and 2,000 kg, the MP2000 is the machine.
Why does it use LiDAR only, when the T300 and T600 use VSLAM as well?
Because it has no column, there is nowhere to mount the forward camera the VSLAM system uses. It navigates on LiDAR SLAM alone, which is proven but does mean the environment matters more. We check that at the survey.
Will my existing trolleys work with it?
Often, but it depends on ground clearance, footprint and how stable the load is once lifted. Bring us the dimensions of what you are running now and we will tell you before you commit.
