FAQ

Common buyer questions.

Will the BellaBot Pro fit my restaurant?
It needs a clear path of 65 cm, hard or low-pile flooring and no steps on the route. That is the whole test. We measure your tightest gap at the walkthrough, and if it comes in under 65 cm we will point you at the KettyBot Pro at 52 cm instead of selling you the wrong machine.
What is the difference between BellaBot and BellaBot Pro?
The Pro supersedes the original. It adds dish recognition so the robot announces what it is carrying, an 18.5 inch advertising screen, swappable batteries, upgraded tray detection and the newer VSLAM positioning. The cat-style face and the four-tray layout carry over.
How much does a BellaBot Pro cost in Perth?
From $35 a day on Robot as a Service or lease, which includes service, support and software. Outright purchase is priced per unit. The exact figure depends on the venue and the term, so we quote after the walkthrough.
Can it run alongside other robots?
Yes, up to 20 on the same map. They form a self-organising network and apply traffic rules to each other, so they negotiate aisles rather than deadlocking. Most venues start with one and add units as the roster changes.
