Common buyer questions.

What is the difference between the T300 and the T600?
Payload and clearance, mostly. The T600 doubles the load to 600 kg and needs 70 cm of path rather than 60 cm. The T300 climbs a slightly higher floor lip, 20 mm against 10 mm. Everything else, including runtime, charging, navigation and the fleet software, is shared.
Can I mix T300s and T600s on one site?
Yes, and that is the usual pattern. They share the distributed scheduling network and the same dashboard, so one map and one system covers both. Sites often start with T300s and add a T600 when a heavier route appears.
Does it handle pallets?
It carries pallet-scale weight on a deck or rack, but it is not a pallet handler. For forks and 2,000 kg, the MP2000 is the right machine. For driving under a pallet or cage and lifting it, the T600 Underride is.
How long does it run in a two-shift operation?
Twelve hours unloaded, and two hours from flat to 90 percent. Most two-shift and three-shift sites swap the battery by hand rather than parking a robot mid-shift, which the design supports.
