Mining & Resources

Cleaning automation for WA mine sites.

Mine accommodation, processing facilities, workshops and FIFO villages run around the clock, across big concrete spans, in dust that defeats a mop. Autonomous cleaning holds those floors to a consistent standard without putting more people on shift — and we run it for you across Western Australia.

Built for the contractors who run the cleaning.

Resource companies set the outcome; the facilities-management contractors deliver it. We work with the FM and camp-services teams who hold those contracts — the kind run by Sodexo, Compass Group and ESS, Civeo, Morris Corporation, Aramark and Cameron Facilities — adding robotic capacity to the service without asking them to carry the hardware, the OEM relationships or the robotics expertise.

Robot trials are already happening on WA mine sites: Sodexo has run autonomous robot trials at Gudai-Darri. Those are delivery robots, not cleaners, but they show the appetite is there. Autonomous floor cleaning is the next logical step, and it is ready now.

Why mine sites suit autonomous cleaning.

The conditions that make these floors hard to keep clean are the same ones robots handle well.

  • Large concrete spans. Mess halls, gyms, ablution blocks and workshop floors are long, open and repetitive — exactly the work a robot does at a steady pace, every shift.
  • Dust, not just dirt. HEPA-grade filtration holds fine dust rather than pushing it around, and waterless units handle dry, dusty floors where wet cleaning isn't practical.
  • 24-hour shift patterns. The robot cleans overnight or between sittings without penalty rates or roster gaps, and reports every run.
  • OH&S exposure. Fewer people on wet floors, fewer manual-handling hours, and an audit trail of what was cleaned and when.

The units we deploy on mine sites.

We match the robot to the floor during the survey. These are the ones that earn their place on a resources site.

L3 + WS3 / WT3

Compact scrubber-dryer paired with the WS3 workstation and WT3 mobile water tank — a plumbing-free setup for donga corridors, remote ablution blocks and camp room turnover.

SW80

Heavy-duty waterless sweeper-vacuum for dry, dust-heavy floors and large transit areas where running water isn't practical.

SW80 detail →

S5

Industrial sweeper for workshop floors, warehouses and covered laydown areas — long, uninterrupted runs across big concrete.

XG

Outdoor industrial sweeper for forecourts, hardstand and camp surrounds — all-weather, built for the open air.

Regional and FIFO service, run from Perth.

We service regional WA through Karratha, Port Hedland, Newman, Tom Price and Kalgoorlie. Most faults are diagnosed remotely within the hour — the robots report their own status — and parts and on-site work are scheduled around your roster rather than against it. Mapping changes, software updates and brush and filter replacement are handled as part of the service, so your site team never has to manage the robots.

Dust handling and audit trails.

The sweepers run HEPA-grade filtration to capture fine dust rather than redistribute it, and we confirm the right filtration spec for your site's dust load at survey. Every run is logged — area covered, time, and exceptions — so the cleaning standard is auditable rather than assumed, which matters when a site is audited or a contract is reviewed.

Why Perth Robots

Honest credibility, not just claims.

Engineering-led.

Built by someone who has engineered advanced systems and operated them in demanding environments — we know what these machines can and can't do.

WA-based service, not a reseller.

We deploy and service every unit ourselves across WA. If a robot's down at 2am on a mine site, that's on us — same time zone.

Multi-OEM, honest advice.

We recommend the right robot for your site, not the only one we carry.

Low-risk by design.

RaaS is a flat monthly subscription, not a capital gamble — the risk sits with us. Run the robot as often as you need.

Mining FAQ

Do you service remote and FIFO mine sites in WA?
Yes. We deploy to mine accommodation, processing facilities, workshops and FIFO villages, and we service regional WA through Karratha, Port Hedland, Newman, Tom Price and Kalgoorlie. Diagnostics run remotely from Perth; parts and on-site work are scheduled around your roster and shift patterns.
Can the robots run without site plumbing?
Yes. The L3 pairs with the WS3 workstation and WT3 mobile water tank for plumbing-free deployment, which suits donga corridors, remote ablution blocks and camp room turnover. Waterless sweeper-vacuums like the SW80 need no water at all.
Do they cope with iron-ore dust and dry, dusty floors?
The sweepers run HEPA-grade filtration to hold fine dust rather than redistribute it, and the waterless units are built for dry, dust-heavy environments. We confirm the right model and filtration spec for your site's dust load during the survey.
Who do you work with on a mine site?
We work with the facilities-management contractors who hold the cleaning contracts — the teams running camp and site services — rather than the resource companies directly. We can deploy under your brand or ours, and we take the hardware risk off your balance sheet.
