Seven jobs off one chassis.

The accessory decides the job. A rack, a tray, a tow hitch or a conveyor deck bolts to the same robot, so the fleet is not locked to one task the day you buy it.

  • Delivery. Point-to-point moves on a schedule or on call, with the load on a rack or tray.
  • Lifting and underride. Drive beneath a trolley or pallet, lift, and move it without anyone handling the load.
  • Towing. Pull a train of carts, which is how most sites get the highest throughput per robot.
  • Conveyor transfer. Roller decks hand off to fixed line equipment with no manual step.
  • Following. The robot walks the picking round with the operator and carries everything.
  • Patrol and power assist. Scheduled rounds, or a powered push for loads a person should not be shifting alone.

Where they earn their keep in WA.

The test is simple: is there a route somebody walks many times a day carrying something heavy.

Warehouses and DCs

Goods-to-person picking, replenishment runs and dispatch consolidation. Towing a cart train is usually the highest-value first deployment. See warehousing.

Manufacturing and line-side

Feeding a production line and clearing finished goods. The T300 Conveyor hands off automatically, so the robot becomes one station in the process rather than a thing someone loads.

Mine site workshops and stores

Parts, consumables and tooling between store, workshop and laydown. Labour is the scarcest thing on a WA site, and this is the walking it removes. See mining automation.

Cold stores and food

Repetitive transfers in places people should not spend a full shift. Worth surveying carefully: temperature and condensation both affect what we would recommend.

Hospitals and labs

Linen, waste, specimens and consumables between departments, across floors via lift integration, with every movement logged.

Third-party logistics

Contracts change and layouts change with them. Push-to-deploy mapping means a robot is re-tasked in an afternoon rather than re-engineered.

Three ways to pay for it.

Industrial units are quoted per site rather than off a price list, because throughput and integration drive the number more than the robot does.

Robot as a Service

A flat monthly subscription including the robot, service, support and software. No capital outlay, and the easiest way to prove a route before scaling the fleet.

Lease

Fixed monthly payments over an agreed term without tying up capital, which suits sites that have already proven the case and are scaling up.

Outright purchase

Industrial AMRs in WA: buyer FAQ

What is the difference between an AGV and an AMR?
An AGV follows a fixed route, usually a magnetic strip or tape stuck to the floor, and stops when something blocks it. An AMR maps the building and plans its own path, so it drives around an obstacle and keeps going. These units are AMRs: they use LiDAR and camera SLAM, position to about 5 cm on the move and 1 cm at a docking point, and need no floor infrastructure at all.
How much does a warehouse robot cost in Perth?
It is quoted per site rather than per unit, because throughput, aisle widths, charging positions and integration with your existing conveyors all change the answer. We survey the site first. All three commercial models apply: subscription, lease or outright purchase with a Care Plan.
Can these robots move pallets?
Two of them can, at different scales. The T600 Underride drives beneath a pallet, trolley or cage and lifts up to 600 kg. The MP2000 is the pallet handler proper: forks, 2,000 kg, and it works aisles down to 2 m. Neither stacks to height like a reach truck; they move loads horizontally across a floor without a driver.
How much floor do they need?
Path clearance runs from 60 cm for the T300 to 70 cm for the T600. They handle a 20 mm floor lip at most, and a 35 mm gap such as a drain grate or expansion joint. If your site has ramps, kerbs or split levels we will map that at the survey and say plainly which routes are workable.
Do they work alongside forklifts and staff?
Yes, that is the design intent. They run LiDAR and vision, stop for people and traffic, and negotiate with each other on the same map. Sites usually give them defined lanes at first, then widen the operating area once the traffic pattern is understood.
How long do they run between charges?
Twelve hours unloaded, and about two hours from flat to 90 percent. You can charge at a station, wire in, or swap the battery by hand, which is what most two-shift and three-shift sites do rather than parking a robot mid-shift.
Can they use lifts and doors?
Yes. All variants integrate with lifts, electronic doors, call buttons and a dashboard through PUDU Link, so a robot can move between levels of a building or through an airlock without someone holding a door.
Are they suitable for mine site workshops?
Often, yes, for the workshop and warehouse side rather than the pit. Store rooms, parts handling and workshop-to-store runs are exactly the repeated carry these units absorb, and WA sites feel the labour cost of that walking more than most. See our page on mining site automation.
