What makes the HolaBot different from the BellaBot Pro?

Load and sealing. The HolaBot carries 60 kg against the BellaBot Pro's 40 kg, and its cabin is IPX5 rated so wet crockery and spills are not a problem. The BellaBot Pro is built to be seen by customers; the HolaBot is built for the back-of-house run.

How do staff call it?

With a pager. Rather than walking back to a station to summon the robot, a staff member presses the pager where they are standing and the HolaBot comes to them. Voice and gesture control are also supported.

Can it really take wet loads?

That is what the IPX5 rating covers. It is designed around dish return, which means water, food waste and the occasional spill inside the cabin. It is the unit we would recommend anywhere the load is wet rather than plated.

Does it work with the other delivery robots?

Yes. It runs the same multi-machine dispatching as the rest of the range, up to 20 robots on one map, so a HolaBot bussing and a BellaBot Pro running food will negotiate the same aisles without deadlocking.
