The PaintMaster Pro is an autonomous line marking robot for natural-turf sports fields. It positions itself with RTK GNSS via an FJD N10 base station or a CORS network, follows the field template you select in the app, and sprays a crisp 6–17 cm line at 1–3 km/h. FJD's figure for a full 11-a-side pitch is 30 to 40 minutes, with a binocular camera stopping the robot if a person or obstacle crosses its path.
Most Perth clubs, schools and facility managers pay for marking as a service: someone arrives with a machine, marks each field, and invoices per visit. That works until the season does what seasons do. Rain fades lines mid-week, finals need fresh paint on a Thursday, a fixture change adds a field, and every one of those is another call-out on another invoice. Owning the robot inverts the model: once your fields are mapped, a re-mark costs paint and an operator hour, whenever you want it.
Repeatability is the quiet advantage. The field map is stored, so every re-mark lands on exactly the same line as the first: no string lines, no measuring wheels, no drift across a season. Templates for football, rugby, American football, baseball and lacrosse are built in (FJD builds its football and gridiron templates to FIFA and NCAA line specifications), custom designs and club crests are laid out in the PaintMaster software, and league-specific codes, including AFL ovals, are confirmed at scoping.

The Mini is the same idea at club scale: a 21.9 kg unit with an 8 L tank, a 5–12 cm line and about two hours of marking per charge. It maps fields with the handheld V4e receiver, positions on RTK with vision-based obstacle detection, and carries an IPX5 rating, so a hose-down after a muddy morning is fine.
It suits a school or club with one or two fields, where the Pro's 20 L tank and five-hour runtime would sit idle. Because it's autonomous, marking can run under floodlights at night or first thing in the morning, so lines are fresh for Saturday without anyone giving up a Friday evening. Same software, same stored-map repeatability, same three ways to pay.
For covered stadiums, indoor arenas and other spaces where satellite positioning can't reach, the PaintMaster Ultra pairs a total station laser with RTK for millimetre-grade accuracy. It carries a 25 L tank and runs about eight hours per charge.
We quote the Ultra per project rather than off a page. If your venue is under a roof, or your tolerances are tighter than a suburban oval's, talk to us and we'll scope it with FJ Dynamics directly.
Both units carry a 5–45 °C operating window. In a Perth summer that means marking runs in the morning, which is when grounds staff mark anyway; we build schedules around it rather than pretend heat doesn't exist. In winter we schedule around rain fronts, because paint take-up on saturated turf is poor no matter what machine applies it.
RTK positioning wants open sky. A typical WA oval is ideal; a boundary line under heavy tree cover may not be. We map signal shadow at the site survey and tell you before you commit if part of a ground needs a different approach.
