What autonomous commercial cleaning is.

A commercial cleaning robot is a self-driving sweeper or scrubber-dryer that cleans large floors on its own. It maps your site, navigates around people, forklifts and obstacles, cleans to a set route, returns to its dock to charge and empty, and logs every run. The floor work that used to be a labour line becomes a managed service with a fixed cost and an audit trail.

For the buyer, the change is simple: instead of rostering people to push a machine across a big floor every shift, the robot does the repetitive floor cleaning overnight or between sittings, and your people do the work that actually needs a person. Most sites already pay for cleaning — this changes how the floor part of it gets done.

Nine robots, two brands, one partner.

We're multi-OEM, so we recommend the right robot for the site rather than the only one we carry. Five are Cenobots-branded; four are Perth Robots house units. We're open about which is which.

Three ways to pay for it.

Pick the model that fits your budget shape. Most competitors offer one or two; we offer all three. Subscribe or own from as little as $50 a day; outright is quote-based.

RaaS

Robot as a service — a monthly subscription that includes the robot, service, support and software. Lowest commitment, predictable opex. From as little as $50 a day — service, support and software included.

Lease-to-own

Two-to-four-year terms; you own the unit at the end. A middle path between subscription and capex. Own it from as little as $50 a day over a 4-year term, then it's yours.

Outright purchase

Buy the robot, with an optional Care Plan for the same managed service behind it.

Where they work.

We deploy across most commercial floor types in WA. Two sector guides are live, with more to follow.

Mining & Resources

Mine accommodation, processing facilities, workshops and FIFO villages, with regional WA service.

Warehousing

Distribution centres, manufacturing and cold storage — sweepers and scrubbers around forklift traffic.

And more

Healthcare and aged care, retail and supermarkets, transport hubs, hospitality and education. Sector guides for these are on the way.

Local WA service.

Every robot is fully managed — deployment, mapping, maintenance, updates, monitoring and consumables. We service the Perth metro and named regional centres (Karratha, Port Hedland, Newman, Tom Price, Kalgoorlie, Geraldton, Esperance), and reach FIFO and remote sites by arrangement. Why Perth Robots

Honest credibility, not just claims.

Engineering-led.

Built by someone who has engineered advanced systems and operated them in demanding environments — we know what these machines can and can't do.

WA-based service, not a reseller.

We deploy and service every unit ourselves across WA. If a robot's down at 2am on a mine site, that's on us — same time zone.

Multi-OEM, honest advice.

We recommend the right robot for your site, not the only one we carry.

Low-risk by design.

RaaS is a flat monthly subscription, not a capital gamble — the risk sits with us. Run the robot as often as you need.

Compliance and the dossier procurement asks for.

Procurement teams at hospitals, aged-care groups and FM contractors usually want the compliance dossier before a new device enters their sites, and we supply it per model. The SP50 carries a confirmed international safety, EMC and information-security dossier — IEC 63327 (autonomous floor-cleaning safety), CE, FCC and ISO 27001 — and we confirm per-model certification for the rest of the fleet on request.

Perth buyer FAQ

How much does a commercial cleaning robot cost in Perth?
You can run one from as little as $50 a day. That covers both subscribing (robot as a service) and owning it through a four-year lease-to-own. There's no single sticker price because the right unit and the best commercial model depend on your floor area, hours and site. Tell us about the site and we'll quote it; an outright purchase is priced per unit.
Are commercial cleaning robots worth it for a WA business?
For sites with a lot of repetitive floor cleaning, usually yes. The robot takes over the large-area work that currently costs labour hours, runs to the same standard every time, and logs each run. The saving tracks the manual hours it replaces, so it depends on your site. We'll model it against your current cleaning rather than quote a generic figure.
Will a cleaning robot replace my cleaners?
No. It takes the repetitive floor work off them. The robot covers the open floor on a set route; your people do what a machine can't: edges and corners, restrooms, touchpoints, restocking and responding to spills. Most Perth sites run the robot and their staff side by side, each on what they do best.
What's the difference between RaaS, lease-to-own and buying outright?
Three ways to pay for the same robot. RaaS is a monthly subscription with service, support and software included: no capital outlay. Lease-to-own spreads the cost over two to four years and you own the unit at the end. Outright is a capital purchase, with an optional Care Plan for ongoing service. Subscribe or own from as little as $50 a day.
Which cleaning robot is right for my site?
That's what a multi-OEM dealer is for: we match the unit to the site rather than sell one brand. Compact scrubbers suit offices, retail and healthcare; larger scrubbers and sweepers suit warehouses and supermarkets; spot cleaners suit busy public floors; and an outdoor sweeper handles yards, plazas and camps. Tell us your site and we'll recommend the unit.
What floor types and surfaces can they clean?
Across the fleet, hard floors and short-pile carpet (tile, vinyl, epoxy, concrete, polished and sealed concrete, marble, timber and more), indoors and out. Sweepers handle dry debris and dust; scrubber-dryers wash and dry hard floors; waterless units suit public areas. The right unit depends on your surfaces, which we confirm at survey.
Can a cleaning robot work safely around people, forklifts and traffic?
Yes. They're built for live, busy sites, not empty ones. Each robot maps the site once, then uses LiDAR, cameras and ultrasonic sensors to slow for and steer around people, recognise obstacles like forklifts and trolleys, keep clear of ledges and stairs, and re-pass anything it had to skip. They run overnight or alongside your team.
How long does a Perth deployment take?
Three to four weeks from enquiry to first run for in-stock units: about a week to survey and quote, then two to three weeks to commission, map the floor and tune the routes.
Do you service mining and remote WA?
Yes. We service regional WA through Karratha, Port Hedland, Newman, Tom Price, Kalgoorlie, Geraldton and Esperance, and reach FIFO and remote sites by arrangement, with remote diagnostics from Perth. See our WA service-coverage page for the detail.
Are the robots certified for use on Australian sites?
The SP50 carries a confirmed international safety, EMC and information-security dossier (IEC 63327, CE, FCC, ISO 27001). Per-model certification for the rest of the fleet is provided on request, and we supply the dossier procurement teams ask for before a device enters a site.
Why choose a Perth-based dealer over an east-coast supplier?
Service. Autonomous cleaning is only as good as the support behind it, and an east-coast supplier can't economically reach Perth (let alone Karratha or Newman) for a same-day fix. We're WA-based, so deployment, service and parts come from here, which is what keeps a robot actually running on a regional site.
Can I see one running before I commit?
Yes. We scope a site survey, recommend the unit, and arrange a demonstration so you can see the robot working before you commit to anything.
