What it does

When the dust is the problem, not the debris.

On a lot of industrial and workshop floors the visible debris is the easy part. The real issue is fine particulate: concrete dust, product dust, grinding residue and grit that a conventional sweeper lifts into the air and redistributes an hour later, somewhere else.

The PUDU MT1 Vac is built around that problem. It runs three functions in one pass, sweeping debris in, vacuuming fine particulate out and dust-pushing behind, with HEPA H11 filtration as standard and H13 available. What goes into the machine stays in the machine.

Capacity is split rather than pooled: a 14 L dust box as two 7 L units, plus a 6 L trash bin for the larger items the brushes pull in. That separation is what lets it handle a floor with both dust and dropped packaging without one filling before the other.

It shares the MT1's navigation and its low 490 mm body height, so it works under racking overhangs and conveyor runs. Cleaning width is 70 cm with a 55 cm suction path, and it recognises the floor surface underneath it and adjusts rather than running one setting everywhere.

Dust captured, not redistributed

HEPA H11 as standard, with H13 available where the requirement is tighter. On a floor with concrete dust or product residue this is the whole point: a sweeper without real filtration lifts fine particulate into the air and it settles again on everything you just cleaned.

Dust is a compliance question on a lot of WA sites.

On Western Australian industrial floors, fine particulate is rarely just a housekeeping issue. Silica dust from concrete, product dust in food and materials handling, and grit tracked in from outside all carry obligations, and a sweeper without real filtration makes the air-quality picture worse rather than better.

The MT1 Vac captures rather than displaces. HEPA H11 as standard, H13 available, with vacuum capture running on the same pass as the sweep. If you have a documented dust obligation, that distinction is the reason to choose this over a plain sweeper.

Reach is the other WA-specific factor. Sites here are usually tight around racking and workshop equipment, and a machine that only does the main thoroughfares leaves the dust exactly where it collects. The 490 mm body height gets it under the overhangs.

If the debris is bulky and the dust is secondary, the MT1 sweeps a wider range of items for less. If the work is outdoors, the MT1 Max is the rated unit. If the floor needs washing, you want a scrubber instead.

Common buyer questions.

What does three-in-one mean on this machine?
Sweeping, vacuuming and dust-pushing on the same pass. The brushes bring debris in, the vacuum lifts fine particulate through the filter, and the dust-push finishes behind. It is not a scrubber, so it does not use water or wash the floor.
How is it different from the standard MT1?
The MT1 is a sweeper built for range of debris, from bottles and packaging down to dust, at up to 1,800 m²/h with a 35 L bin. The MT1 Vac trades some of that coverage and bin volume for real vacuum capture with HEPA filtration. Choose the MT1 for litter, the MT1 Vac for dust.
Is the filtration good enough for a dust obligation?
HEPA H11 is standard and H13 is available. Which one you need depends on what the dust is and what your obligation actually says, and that is a question for your safety adviser rather than for us. We will supply the grade you specify and the filter service schedule that goes with it.
Why split the capacity into two dust boxes and a bin?
Because dust and dropped packaging fill at completely different rates. Two 7 L dust boxes plus a separate 6 L trash bin means a floor with both does not stop early because one stream filled while the other was nearly empty. Pooled capacity looks bigger on paper and works less well in practice.
How long does it run?
Three to six and a half hours depending on mode and dust load, with about four hours typical when sweeping and vacuuming a hard floor. Charging takes under three and a half hours and docking is automatic, so it can complete more than one cycle in a working day.
Will it fit under our racking and conveyors?
The body is 490 mm tall, 840 mm long and 600 mm wide, which is low enough for most racking overhangs and conveyor runs. We measure your tightest genuine route at survey, because the specification that matters is your lowest overhead, not the average.
How much servicing does the filtration need?
Filters are consumables and they are the part that decides whether the machine keeps performing. Components are modular and come apart without tools, and filter replacement sits on a schedule we set against your dust load. On RaaS that servicing is included rather than billed per event.
How do we pay for it?
Three ways, your choice. Robot as a Service is a flat monthly subscription from $50 a day covering hardware, servicing, support and software. You can also buy outright with an optional Care Plan, or take a 2 to 4 year lease, with the option to own the unit at the end of the term.
Who services it in Western Australia?
We do. Perth Robots handles the survey, mapping, deployment, training and ongoing service ourselves from Perth. Metro sites get same-day on-site response; regional WA gets next business day for parts, with most software issues resolved remotely within the hour.
