What it does

One robot instead of four pieces of equipment.

Most commercial venues do not have one floor type. There is tile at the entry, carpet through the lounge or office, and sealed hard floor in the back of house. Cleaning that properly has traditionally meant a scrubber, a sweeper, a vacuum and a dust mop, plus the labour to move between them.

The CC1 Pro does all four. It scrubs, sweeps, vacuums carpet and dust-mops, and changes mode on the same run as it moves from one surface to the next. On full coverage it works at 700 to 1,000 m²/h; a 500 mm cleaning path with the side brush means it gets tight to skirtings and shelf bases rather than leaving an untouched border.

It also has a second gear. In AI spot-cleaning mode it detects stains and mess and drives straight to them instead of covering the whole floor, working at 1,500 to 3,000 m²/h. That is the mode for trading hours: the overnight pass handles routine grime, and spot cleaning deals with the coffee spill by the door without running a full cycle.

Water handling is where the labour actually goes, so it is automated. With the water station the CC1 Pro docks, charges, refills its 15 L clean tank and drains the 15 L wastewater tank by itself, and the roller brush and squeegee are self-cleaning. Nobody is carrying buckets across a venue floor at close.

Spot cleaning, for the mess that happens during trade

A full floor pass is the wrong tool for one spill near the entrance. In spot-cleaning mode the CC1 Pro finds the mess and goes straight to it, covering ground three times faster than a full pass because it is not cleaning floor that is already clean. Overnight it reverts to full coverage.

Built for venues that never really close.

Perth retail and hospitality trade long hours, and the floor is on show for most of them. The practical problem is not the overnight clean, it is the eight hours in between, when a spill near the entrance sits there until someone notices. Running a full machine pass for one spill is not viable, which is why the CC1 Pro's spot-cleaning mode is the feature that earns its place in a venue.

What does four-in-one actually mean?
The CC1 Pro sweeps, vacuums carpet, dust-mops and scrubs, and it switches between those modes on the same run rather than needing a different machine for each. In a venue with tile at the entry, carpet in the lounge and sealed floor in the back of house, that is one robot doing the lot instead of three pieces of equipment and three sets of consumables.
How much floor can it cover in a shift?
Between 700 and 1,000 m² per hour on full coverage, depending on the floor and how much obstacle avoidance it has to do. In AI spot-cleaning mode, where it drives to detected mess rather than covering everything, it works between 1,500 and 3,000 m²/h. Runtime is about five hours scrubbing, or up to nine hours in silent mopping mode.
What is AI spot cleaning and when would we use it?
The robot detects stains and mess and drives straight to them instead of running a full floor pass. You use it during trade, when the floor was cleaned overnight and what you actually need is someone dealing with the coffee spill near the door within a few minutes. The full pass stays on the overnight schedule.
Does it fill and empty its own water?
With the water station, yes. It docks, charges, refills the 15 L clean water tank and drains the 15 L wastewater tank on its own, and the roller brush and squeegee are self-cleaning. Without the station, someone fills and empties it manually, which is still far less work than mopping the floor.
Will it fit through our doors and aisles?
The CC1 Pro is 629 mm long and 552 mm wide and needs 700 mm of clear width to pass. That suits standard commercial doorways and retail aisles. If your aisles are tighter than 700 mm, the smaller PUDU ET1 gets through a 500 mm gap and is the better fit.
Can it use lifts and get through security doors?
Yes, with integration. The CC1 Pro supports 4G, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, and can be connected to elevator control and e-gates so it moves between floors and through access-controlled doors without someone escorting it. We scope that integration during the site survey because it depends on your building systems.
How do we know the floor actually got cleaned?
A rear-facing AI camera checks the result behind the machine as it works, and the app reports coverage as a heatmap showing where it cleaned and when. For contract cleaners and facility managers that report is often the point: it is evidence for the client that the scope was delivered.
How do we pay for it?
Three ways, your choice. Robot as a Service is a flat monthly subscription from $50 a day covering hardware, servicing, support and software. You can also buy outright with an optional Care Plan, or take a 2 to 4 year lease, with the option to own the unit at the end of the term.
Who services it in Western Australia?
