Most commercial buildings are not one floor type. A tenancy floor runs carpet through the open plan, hard floor in the kitchenette and tile at the lift lobby, and cleaning it properly has traditionally meant a vacuum, a scrubber and a dust mop, plus the labour to swap between them.
The PUDU CC1 does all four jobs. It sweeps, scrubs, vacuums carpet and dust-mops, changing mode as the surface changes underneath it, at 700 to 1,000 m²/h. One machine, one program, one pass across the whole floor.
It also handles its own water. With the workstation the CC1 fills its 15 L clean tank, drains the 15 L wastewater tank and returns to charge without anyone carrying a bucket. Runtime is up to eight hours, and a full charge takes under three, which covers a night shift and most of the next day.
This is the model the CC range was built on, and it remains the sensible default for offices, hotels and mid-size retail. The CC1 Pro adds AI spot cleaning and rear-camera result checking on top; if you do not need those, the CC1 does the cleaning for less.

Between 700 and 1,000 m² an hour depending on surface and how much obstacle avoidance the floor demands. On a typical office level that is the whole floor inside a shift, without anyone rostered on to push a machine around it.
Operating noise under 70 dB is the difference between a robot that runs overnight only and one that can work a corridor at three in the afternoon. In hotels and offices that flexibility is usually worth more than raw coverage.

A Perth commercial tower or hotel rarely has a single surface. The CC1 exists because buying a scrubber, a vacuum and a dust mop for one tenancy floor never made sense, and because the labour cost sits in the swapping between them rather than in any one task.
Quiet operation matters more here than the spec sheet suggests. Under 70 dB means the machine can run a corridor during business hours instead of waiting for an after-hours crew at penalty rates, which is usually where the saving actually comes from.
