What it does
One machine for grounds that were built in pieces.
Most WA grounds are not one clean paddock. A school campus is turf pockets threaded with paths; a strata common is lawn strips between paving and car bays; a retirement village is both, repeated across the estate. That fragmentation normally forces a choice: run a mower and a sweeper as two machines, or send a crew around with both. The GT3 is PUDU's answer, a compact mowing and sweeping robot that treats turf and paving as one job.
On turf it mows a 91 cm (36 in) swath, collects the clippings and picks up light debris as it goes, with a vacuum fan drawing through a dedicated grass-intake port. On paved areas it switches role: sweeping and debris collection, with integrated disc brushes handling light cleaning around paths and turf boundaries, the exact edges where fragmented sites generate the most hand work. When the load is full it dumps autonomously and resumes the task where it left off.
The platform underneath is AI-native. LiDAR, camera vision and depth sensing feed autonomous mapping and obstacle avoidance, so the GT3 builds its own map of your zones and works around bins, benches, parked cars and people. A manual drive mode covers odd corners and one-off jobs. The build is commercial: an all-metal body on a commercial-grade steel chassis, IP66-rated against dust and water, with an emergency-stop within reach.
Two honest notes. The GT series launched globally in September 2026 at GaLaBau in Nuremberg, so some figures, battery capacity, runtime, cutting heights and hopper size among them, are confirmed at the site survey as PUDU releases the full datasheet. And the GT3 is the compact of the range: for large open turf the GT5 covers more ground, and golf and sports turf belongs to the GT7 reel unit.
