Common buyer questions.
Is the MP2000 a robotic forklift?
It is a pallet handler rather than a forklift. It has forks and lifts 2,000 kg, but only 200 mm off the ground: enough to move a pallet horizontally, not to stack it into racking at height. For floor-level pallet movement it replaces a driver; for put-away at height you still need a reach truck.
Does the pallet have to be perfectly placed?
No, and that is the specification that decides most deployments. It picks up pallets that are up to 15 cm out of position and 15 degrees askew. A machine that demands a pallet be square on a mark spends its day waiting for a person to fix things.
How narrow an aisle does it need?
Two metres, with pallet spacing down to 15 cm. That is tighter than most manual pallet operations run, so in practice the aisle is rarely the blocker.
How long does it run under load?
Twelve hours unloaded and about six at maximum load, with roughly a two hour charge on 240 V. In a single-shift operation that is a full day; in a continuous operation you plan a charge rotation.
