Cleaning robot as a service, from as little as $50 a day.

Robot as a Service (RaaS) gives you a commercial cleaning robot on a flat monthly subscription that includes servicing, support and software updates. There is no capital purchase and no separate maintenance contract. You get a working, supported robot for a predictable monthly cost (about $1,520 a month, anchored at $50 a day), and it runs as often as you need.

A subscription, not a capital purchase. Low commitment, and the risk sits with us.

Cenobots S5 autonomous commercial sweeper-scrubber, a flagship RaaS unit deployed and serviced by Perth Robots across WA

What's included.

One flat monthly subscription with everything in it: no separate maintenance contract, no surprise call-out fees, and the robot runs as often as you need.

The robot, matched to your site

We pick the unit from across the multi-OEM fleet that suits your floor area, surfaces and hours, not whatever we happen to carry.

WA-based service that keeps you running

Diagnostics, parts and on-site service run from Perth. Most issues are resolved remotely; if a unit needs more, we respond on site. For an extended repair we get a replacement unit back on your floor, so the cleaning does not stop.

Software and feature updates

Over-the-air updates keep navigation, safety and cleaning behaviour current for the life of the subscription.

Deployment and mapping

We commission the robot on site, map your floor and tune the routes. Voice control via the Cenobots app where the model supports it.

Why RaaS, not buying.

RaaS moves the risk from you to us. Because you are subscribing rather than buying, you are not committing capital to hardware that has to prove itself first. If your site changes, the plan can change with it. And because uptime is what you are actually paying for, keeping the robot running is our problem, not yours. If a unit goes down, we sort it. For most WA operators starting out with automation, it is the lowest-risk way in.

How it works.

Four steps from enquiry to floors being cleaned by a robot.

STEP 01

Site assessment

We survey the site, confirm floor area and surfaces, and check obstacles and traffic.

STEP 02

Robot matched and deployed

The right unit is matched from the fleet, delivered, commissioned and mapped to your floor.

STEP 03

We service and support it

Monitoring, software updates, parts and on-site service are handled by our WA team.

STEP 04

You scale across sites

Add units, change schedules or move robots between sites as your operation changes.

Who it suits.

Multi-site operators, large industrial floors and any business that wants the floor work handled as a managed service rather than a capital purchase.

Mining & resources

Mine accommodation, processing plants, workshops and FIFO villages: dusty, 24-hour sites with regional WA service.

Warehousing & logistics

Distribution centres, manufacturing and cold storage: sweepers and scrubbers that work around forklifts and shifts.

Retail & healthcare

Supermarkets, shopping centres, hospitals and aged care: quiet daytime running around shoppers, patients and staff. The CenoBots L50 suits big-format retail; the CenoBots SP50 spot cleaner suits hospital corridors.

Why Perth Robots

Honest credibility, not just claims.

Engineering-led.

Built by someone who has engineered advanced systems and operated them in demanding environments, so we know what these machines can and can't do.

WA-based service, not a reseller.

We deploy and service every unit ourselves across WA. If a robot's down at 2am on a mine site, that's on us, in the same time zone.

Multi-OEM, honest advice.

We recommend the right robot for your site, not the only one we carry.

Low-risk by design.

RaaS is a flat monthly subscription, not a capital gamble, so the risk sits with us. Run the robot as often as you need.
