Hire a commercial cleaning robot in Perth, from $50 a day.

If you are searching for cleaning robot hire or floor scrubber hire in Perth, what you actually want is a robot working your floor without buying one. That is exactly what our Robot as a Service subscription is: a robot from the nine-unit fleet, matched to your site and run for you on one flat monthly rate, about $1,520 a month, anchored at $50 a day. No capital purchase, no operator to roster, and the robot runs as often as you need.

How cleaning robot hire works here.

Hiring a cleaning robot is not like hiring a scissor lift. The robot arrives with a service around it: one flat monthly rate covers the unit, deployment, mapping, servicing, parts, software and monitoring, and it runs as often as you need. The commercial name for this is Robot as a Service; the practical name is hire that includes everything.

The robot, matched to your site

We pick the unit from across the multi-OEM fleet that suits your floor area, surfaces and hours, not whatever we happen to carry.

Deployment and mapping included

We deliver the robot, commission it on site, map your floor and tune the routes. It starts work on the schedule you set.

Servicing, parts and monitoring

Diagnostics, parts and on-site service run from Perth. Most issues are resolved remotely; for an extended repair we get a replacement unit onto your floor, so the cleaning does not stop.

Software kept current

Over-the-air updates keep navigation, safety and cleaning behaviour current for the life of the hire.

Robot hire vs traditional equipment rental.

A rental yard hands you a machine and a return date. Cleaning robot rental works the other way around: the machine stays on your floor, works by itself and is serviced where it stands.

No operator needed

The robot is autonomous. Nobody on your roster pushes it, drives it or supervises it; it runs its mapped routes on schedule.

No pickup or return runs

We deliver, commission and map the robot on site, and it stays there. There is no trailer, no yard queue and no return deadline.

No per-day metering

One flat monthly rate anchored at $50 a day. Run the robot nightly, twice a shift or around the clock; the price does not move.

Serviced in place

Servicing, parts and support are in the rate and handled from Perth, on your floor. A rental yard swaps a fault for a trip back across town.

Swap and scale as needs change

Add units, change schedules or move robots between sites. If your site changes, the plan changes with it, without a new hire agreement each time.

What you can hire.

Nine autonomous units across sweepers, scrubber-dryers, spot and waterless vacuums and an outdoor sweeper. Every one is available for hire from $50 a day; the fleet page compares them side by side.

Industrial sweeper

The CenoBots S5 sweeps about 2,500 m²/h through live forklift traffic in warehouses, distribution centres and carparks.

Scrubber-dryers

The CenoBots L50 washes and dries about 2,203 m²/h for supermarkets, arenas and large retail. The L4 covers about 1,944 m²/h and passes an 810 mm doorway for retail aisles. The L3 is the compact option, about 2,016 m²/h and quiet enough for daytime runs in offices and healthcare.

AI spot vacuum

The CenoBots SP50 patrols about 15,550 m²/h across airports, hospitals and hotels, finding debris on hard floors and carpet and cleaning it on its own.

Waterless sweeper-vacuums

The Perth Robots SW55 covers about 1,200 m²/h at 62 dB for transit hubs, malls and hotels where water on the floor is not an option. The heavy-duty SW80 lifts that to about 1,600 m²/h for airports, big-box retail and indoor warehouses.

4-in-1 all-rounder

The Perth Robots C40 sweeps, vacuums, scrubs and dust-pushes in one pass, about 1,100 m²/h across 500–4,500 m² sites on carpet and hard floors.

Outdoor sweeper

The all-weather Perth Robots XG covers up to 4,000 m²/h across plazas, parks, campuses and transit forecourts.

Coverage figures are indicative manufacturer rates; real-site throughput depends on layout, obstacles and traffic, which we confirm at survey.

How long you can hire for.

As short or as long as the site needs. Hire bills as a flat monthly subscription and is designed as a low-commitment option; the exact terms are explained up front before you commit. There is no capital purchase, so you are not committing money to hardware that has to prove itself first, and if the site changes, the plan changes with it.

If you already know the robot has a permanent home, hiring forever is not the cheapest way to run it. Lease-to-own runs over a 2–4 year term from $50 a day, your payments build toward ownership and the unit is yours at the end. Outright purchase, with an optional Care Plan for servicing and support, is the lowest long-run cost for a stable single-site deployment. The same robots run on all three models.

Start with a free site assessment, not a contract.

Before any hire starts, we walk your floor, scope dimensions and traffic patterns, confirm surfaces and obstacles, and recommend the right unit or combination, with fixed daily pricing and no capital outlay. You see exactly which robot we would put on your floor and what it costs per day before you commit to anything.

Because the hire is a subscription, the proving happens on our risk, not yours. The robot earns its place on your floor month by month; keeping it running is our problem, and if a unit goes down, we sort it. Book the assessment through the contact page or the quote button anywhere on this site.

The honest filter: when robot hire is the wrong tool.

If you need a machine for one weekend, a single deep clean or a post-construction blitz, do not hire a robot from us. This is a managed ongoing service: each unit is commissioned and mapped to the floor it works, and that setup only pays for itself on a regular schedule. A traditional equipment hire yard is the better tool for a one-off.

Hire earns its keep when a floor needs cleaning again and again: warehouses and distribution centres, supermarkets and large retail, healthcare, hospitality and transit floors where the same square metres get covered every day. And if your deployment is stable, single-site and long-term, we will tell you when buying the unit outright works out cheaper over the long run than hiring it.

FAQ · Cleaning robot hire

Common questions.

What is the minimum hire term for a cleaning robot?
Hire runs as a flat monthly subscription designed as a low-commitment option; the exact terms are explained up front before you commit. If you decide to own the robot later, lease-to-own and outright purchase are both available.
What happens if the robot breaks down during the hire?
Servicing, parts and support are included and handled locally in WA. Most issues are resolved remotely; if a unit needs more, we respond on site, and for an extended repair we get a replacement unit onto your floor so the cleaning does not stop.
Do we need to operate the robot ourselves?
No. The robot is autonomous. We commission it on site, map your floor and tune the routes, then it runs as often as you need. Monitoring, software updates, parts and on-site service are handled by our WA team.
Can I hire a cleaning robot for a one-off deep clean?
No. This is a managed ongoing service, not a weekend rental. Each robot is commissioned and mapped to the floor it works, so it earns its keep on a regular schedule. For a single deep clean, a traditional equipment hire yard is the better tool.
What does delivery and setup involve?
We deliver the robot, commission it on site, map your floor and tune the routes. Deployment and mapping are part of the subscription, not an extra line item, and the robot starts work on the schedule you set.
Can we switch to a different robot mid-hire?
Yes. If your site changes, the plan can change with it: add units, change schedules or move robots between sites. Because you are subscribing rather than owning, the subscription also keeps you on current-generation hardware as models improve.
