Warehousing & Distribution

Warehouse cleaning robots for Perth.

Distribution centres, manufacturing floors and cold storage cover huge concrete spans, run around the clock, and move forklifts through the same aisles a cleaner would. Autonomous sweepers and scrubber-dryers hold those floors to a fixed standard overnight — and we run the service end to end across Perth and WA.

For the people who run the building.

We work with the facilities-management contractors who hold the cleaning contracts and the property managers who procure services for the asset — the kind of role CBRE, JLL, Colliers and Knight Frank fill across Perth's industrial estates. You keep the contract and the customer relationship; we add robotic floor-cleaning capacity without the capital outlay or the OEM relationships.

Why warehouses suit autonomous cleaning.

Large, repetitive, hard floors are the work robots do best.

  • Big concrete spans. Long, open runs across sealed concrete are exactly what a sweeper or scrubber-dryer covers at a steady rate, every shift.
  • Live traffic. Vehicle and forklift detection lets the robot slow, stop or reroute around traffic, pallets and people, so it shares the floor safely.
  • 24-hour operations. The robot cleans overnight or between shifts with no penalty rates, and logs every run for the building report.
  • Dust control. HEPA-grade filtration captures fine dust rather than spreading it — important in food, pharma and cold-storage facilities.

The units we deploy in warehouses.

Most large sites run a sweeper for dry debris and a scrubber-dryer for wet cleaning. We confirm the combination at survey.

S5

The primary warehouse unit — an industrial sweeper for dry debris and dust across big concrete floors, carparks and transit areas.

L50

Industrial scrubber-dryer for sealed hard floors that need wet washing and drying in one pass — supermarkets, food and beverage, big-box retail.

L50 detail →

SW80

Heavy-duty waterless sweeper-vacuum for dry, dust-heavy sites and large transit floors where running water isn't practical.

Fully managed, with local service.

Deployment, mapping, maintenance, software updates and brush and filter replacement are all part of the service — your team never manages the robots. On-site response is same-day across the Perth metro and next business day for regional WA, with remote diagnostics from Perth within the hour.

Why Perth Robots

Honest credibility, not just claims.

Engineering-led.

Built by someone who has engineered advanced systems and operated them in demanding environments — we know what these machines can and can't do.

WA-based service, not a reseller.

We deploy and service every unit ourselves across WA. If a robot's down at 2am on a mine site, that's on us — same time zone.

Multi-OEM, honest advice.

We recommend the right robot for your site, not the only one we carry.

Low-risk by design.

RaaS is a flat monthly subscription, not a capital gamble — the risk sits with us. Run the robot as often as you need.

Warehousing FAQ

Can a cleaning robot work safely around forklifts and live traffic?
Yes. The sweepers use 360-degree LiDAR and vehicle detection to slow, stop or reroute around forklifts, pallets, people and spills, and they are rated for live commercial environments. We map the site and set no-go zones during commissioning.
Which robot suits a distribution centre floor?
Most large hard-floor warehouses start with the S5 industrial sweeper for dry debris and dust. Sites that need wet scrubbing on sealed concrete add the L50 scrubber-dryer, and dusty or waterless sites use the SW80. Many sites run a sweeper and a scrubber together.
Does it handle warehouse dust without spreading it?
The sweepers run HEPA-grade filtration to hold fine dust rather than push it around, which matters in food, pharma and cold-storage facilities. We confirm the right filtration spec for your site at survey.
How quickly can a Perth warehouse be deployed?
Three to four weeks from enquiry to first run for in-stock units — roughly a week to survey and quote, then two to three weeks to commission, map the floor and tune the routes.
