Engineering-led.
Built by someone who has engineered advanced systems and operated them in demanding environments. We know what these machines can and can't do.
Common malls, food courts and entries carry a centre's presentation standard through every trading hour, and every spill is a slip risk until someone reaches it. Autonomous scrubber-dryers and AI spot cleaners hold that standard during trade and overnight, and we run the service end to end across Perth and WA.
A warehouse floor is inspected once a shift. A shopping centre floor is inspected by every shopper who walks it, from the first coffee to the last late-night trade. The presentation standard has to hold while the centre is full, which is exactly when it is hardest to clean.
Spills make it sharper. A dropped drink in a food court is a slip liability measured in minutes, not hours, and reaching it means a cleaner crossing a busy mall with a trolley, working around shoppers, prams and casual leasing displays. The longer the walk, the longer the exposure.
Pushing everything to the night window has its own cost: penalty rates, after-hours security and access arrangements, and a standard that has already slipped by mid-afternoon. Most centres end up paying for both problems at once.
Large public floors with constant, localised mess are the work this fleet was built for.
Most centres pair a scrubber-dryer for the overnight full pass with a spot cleaner for trading hours. We confirm the combination at survey.
The mall and atrium unit. Scrubs 2,203 m²/h on a 510 mm deck with 55 L + 55 L tanks, dries behind an 840 mm squeegee, and the CWS-01 workstation refills, drains and recharges it for 24/7 unattended running.
L50 detail →Entries and food courts. The AI spot-cleaning vacuum patrols, detects spills and debris and drives to them, with H13 HEPA filtration and quiet ≥58 dB(A) operation for occupied space.
SP50 detail →Mixed surfaces in one pass: sweeps, vacuums, scrubs and dust-pushes across short-pile carpet, tile, vinyl and stone. Built for 500–4,500 m² floors and clears a 650 mm passage.
C40 detail →Back-of-house. The industrial sweeper clears dry debris at about 2,500 m²/h with an 820 mm brush and 50 L hopper across loading docks, service corridors and covered carparks.
S5 detail →We survey the floor plate first: surfaces, gradients, choke points and where the mess actually concentrates. Our engineer then builds the 3D map and sets no-go zones around escalator approaches, travelators, entries and any area centre management wants excluded, so the robots never operate where they shouldn't.
Schedules are split around trade. Full scrub passes run in the overnight window; spot patrols run during trading hours, when the robots slow, stop or reroute around shoppers and trolleys rather than expecting a cleared floor. Commissioning work is scheduled around trading hours, and mapping changes after fit-outs or casual leasing moves are part of the service.

Most competitors offer one commercial model. We offer three, and recommend the one that fits the centre's budget structure.
A monthly subscription from $50 a day covering the robot, service, support and software. Lowest commitment, predictable opex, and the hardware risk sits with us.
How RaaS works →2–4 year terms, with the centre owning the unit at the end. Spreads the cost across budget years while building an asset on the register.
Compare the models →A capex purchase with an optional Care Plan for ongoing service, parts and software, suited to owners who prefer to hold the asset from day one.
Compare the models →The robots cover floors. They don't do escalator steps, stairs, amenities, glass or touchpoints, so they reduce the floor-coverage load on your cleaning roster rather than replacing it. Detail cleaning stays with people.
A single small tenancy under about 500 m² rarely justifies a unit of its own, and open-air forecourts sit outside the indoor fleet's rating: the S5's outdoor capability is limited to covered carparks and loading docks. If a walk-through shows a robot isn't the right answer for your centre, we'll say so at the survey.

We deploy and service every unit ourselves across WA. If a robot's down at 2am on a mine site, that's on us, same time zone.
We recommend the right robot for your site, not the only one we carry.
RaaS is a flat monthly subscription, not a capital gamble. The risk sits with us. Run the robot as often as you need.
Walk us through the common mall, food court and back-of-house, and we'll recommend the scrubber, the spot cleaner, or the combination, plus the commercial model that fits the centre.
